What is the Little Black Dress project?
The Little Black Dress project is an 8 week challenge aimed at women to promote the importance of a happy & healthy lifestyle! These 8 weeks will focus on strength, fitness, weight loss, nutrition, meal planning, and improving your self-confidence!
Whatever your goal is, we are here to help you to achieve it with our 2 customized Little Black Dress project options! At the end of the 8 weeks you will be invited to attend an optional dinner to celebrate your achievements!
The 8 week Little Black Dress project commences on Monday the 24th of August and will consist of 5 x 1 hour training sessions at 6 am Monday - Friday at U2 Fitness Centre. You will also be welcome to attend our evening sessions* if you wish to participate in additional training during the challenge! *Excluding Reformer Pilates.
