Reformer Pilates

Our 6 week Reformer Pilates Workshops are suitable for any level of experience & fitness. Throughout the 6 weeks you will learn the basics of Reformer Pilates and increase your strength, flexibility and technique. Our workshops consist of one 45 minute session per week for 6 weeks.

This is our last Reformer Pilates workshops for 2015 – your last chance to reap the benefits of Pilates and strengthen and tone up in time for the summer months!
